2 eggs
pinch of salt
30 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)2 1/2 tbsp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
120 g greek yogurt/ 1/2 cup
50 ml vegetable oil(1/4 cup)
1 apple
50 g blueberries(1/3 cup)
100 g almond flour(1 cup)
7 g baking powder(1 1/2 teaspoon)
grease with coconut oil/ your choice
almond flakes(optional)
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C /360°F
