unsalted butter

15 g flour
120 g milk
5 ml vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
50 g non sugar yogurt
2 egg whites
40 g sugar

▷How to make:

  1. Grease a heatproof container with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
  2. In a saucepan, mix flour and 1 tablespoon of milk until a paste forms. Add the remaining milk and vanilla extract (or 2 to 3 drops of vanilla extract).
  3. heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sticky. Add the egg yolks and mix, then remove from heat and strain to remove any lumps.

  7. Pour the soufflé batter into the molds, and bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180℃ and bake for another 5 minutes.
