Yogurt cookies: soft and delicious, with chocolate chips!

1 egg
80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
50ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
100g (1/2 cup) of yogurt
8g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
80g (1/2 cup) of chocolate chips
300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
Chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

1. In a mixing bowl add the egg and sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves. Add the oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and chocolate chips, and continue mixing. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and combine them all together well.
2. Take the batter with the spoon and form the balls with your hands (about 20 balls).
3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and add the chocolate chips on top of each one. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
4. After baking decorate the cookies with powdered sugar and serve.
