Yogurt and apricot cake: without flour! It melts in your mouth! Quick to do ♥

This cake is a real summer cake!! It is fresh and so delicious! Everyone loves him in my family! Apricots bring sweetness, mascarpone and yogurt bring this creamy side, it’s a simple cake to make, with only 6 ingredients. In 5 min it’s done and 1 hour after minimum it’s ready. A cake without flour (which is replaced by starch). Good tasting !

Ingredients :
7 apricots
250g plain yogurt (1 cup)
250g mascarpone (1 cup)
100g unrefined sugar (½ cup)
3 eggs
40 g starch of your choice (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
