Wonderful cookies without sugar, without gluten! With hazelnuts: they melt in the mouth!

This sugar-free and gluten-free cookie recipe is ideal when you have food allergies. A quick and easy recipe for cookies that melt in the mouth (they are crumbly thanks to the rice flour which is the main ingredient). I really like to steep them in my tea or coffee. Good tasting !


Ingredients :
180 g of rice flour (1 cups 2 tbsp)
6 tablespoons of gluten-free oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
90 g ripe bananas (1/3 cup)
50 g butter (3 tbsp 2 tsp)
3 tablespoons of hazelnuts
Chop the hazelnuts
1 egg
