300 g rolled oats
160 ml hot water
1 tsp salt
10 g baking powder
210 g yogurt
50 g seed mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
add seeds for decoration
23 x 9 cm baking pan
bake 45-50 minutes at 175°C /350°F
