In this homemade oat bread recipe, you don’t need any flour or yeast, just old-fashioned rolled oats.
This oatmeal recipe is gluten-free (when buying choose gluten-free rolled oats ), with no flour and no yeast.

Ingredients:

300 g oat flakes
150 ml hot water
10 g baking powder
160 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
1 tbsp coconut sugar (15 g)
2 medium eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
almond flakes (optional)

bake for 50-55 minutes at 175° C
20 x 8 cm baking pan
