In this homemade oat bread recipe, you don’t need eggs, just old-fashioned rolled oats.
Apart from being easy and fast to make, this oats and seed bread is a nutritional superstar. It’s packed with essential nutrients like fiber, protein, and healthy fats, and is way better than commercial bread which is often made with refined flour that has been stripped of most nutrients and fiber.


150 g rolled oats
130 g seed mix
100 g oat flour
1 teaspoon salt
10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
320 ml water
3 tablespoons olive oil

20 x 8 cm baking form
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C /360°F
