120g (1 ⅓ cup) chickpea flour;
40ml (3 tbsp) milk;
⅓ tsp smoked paprika;
¼ tsp salt;
¼ tsp garlic powder;
15ml (1 tbsp) oil;
50g (½ cup) breadcrumbs;
20g (½ cup) cornflakes.
In a medium bowl whisk chickpea flour with paprika, garlic, and salt. Pour in milk and oil. Knead until the dough comes together.
Form nuggets shapes using chickpea dough.
Break cornflakes into crumbs and mix them up with breadcrumbs.
Dredge each nugget in crumbs and place them in preheated oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes from each side or until golden and crispy.
