Hey Foodies! Dinuguan is a Filipino savory dish made of pork meat stewed in pig’s blood and spices. It goes well with hot steam rice or with Filipino rice cake known as Puto. Here’s my Vegetarian version using a crispy tofu cooked in plant-based “Dinuguan” sauce.
Ingredients:
200g Firm Tofu
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Salt and Pepper
Airfry at 180°C 15-20 minutes
