Vanilla fluffy pancakes: how to make them tall and fluffy!

INGREDIENTS
2 egg yolks
25ml (1 3/4 tbsp) of milk
Vanilla extract
50g (1/2 cup) of flour
3 egg whites
55g (1/4 cup) of sugar
Water
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grains

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the egg yolks, milk, vanilla essence, and flour and mix until combined.
2. In another bowl add the egg whites and sugar and mix with the electric mixer until firm.
3. Gradually add the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture and mix with a spatula.
4. Pour the two ice cream spoons into the pan and pour little water into the pan. Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes.
5. After 2 minutes add one more spoon, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Remove the lid, flip the pancakes and cover them with the lid again. Cook for 3 more minutes.
7. Serve the pancakes and decorate them with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grains.
