Diced onion
Diced Bell peppers
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/2 – 1 cup prepped salted codfish
2 stalks scallion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
Diced pumpkin as desired
1/2 minced Scotchbonnet
Minced fresh thyme
Allspice berries
All purpose seasoning to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 1/3 – 1 1/2 cup water
