Tuna Shanghai

Crispy Tuna Shanghai is quick and easy to make and so cheesy and tasty! These fresh spring rolls are a healthier and delicious as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

155g hot & spicy tuna flakes
1 minced onion
2 pcs minced siling haba
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch
Spring roll wrapper
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

1. Drain tuna
2. Transfer to a bowl
3. Add minced onion, siling haba and garlic.
4. Add cornstarch
5. Season with pepper to taste
6. Season with salt to taste
7. Mix until well combined
8. Lay out spring roll wrapper
9. Put a tablespoon full of filling
10. Add sliced cheese
11. Lift up end of wrapper and fold over filling.
12. Fold both sides
13. Tightly roll wrapper to the end then set aside.
14. Repeat process with remaining filling
15. Heat enough oil
16. Fry shanghain until golden in color.
17. When golden in color remove from pan.
18. Serve and enjoy.
