A tres leches cake, also known as pan tres leches, is a sponge cake—in some recipes, a butter cake—soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. When butter is not used, tres leches is a very light cake, with many air bubbles.
BUT !!!
We made little TWIST there in 3 kinds of milk; we used milk, powder milk & condensed milk. Tres leches literally means, “three milks” and tres leches cake is an ultra light sponge cake soaked in a sweet milk mixture.

Tres leches cake ingredients :
4 egg yolks
sugar 1/3 cup
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
cooking oil 1/3 cup ( substitute with butter)
milk 1/3 cup
flour (maida) 1 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
pinch of salt
4 Egg Whites + sugar 1/3 cup
baking tray 22cm

for oven : preheated oven 170c & bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

for tres leches milk :
milk 200ml
powder milk 2 tbsp
condensed milk 1/4 cup

for whipped cream :
whipping cream 250ml
powdered sugar 1/4 cup
some sprinkles on top
