Tomato Pepper Mix for Stews and Jollof Rice

If you’re ever confused about the ratio of tomato, onion and pepper you should use when making your pepper mix save this video.
I use a ratio of 4:3:2:1
40% Tomato
30% Tatashe and/or Shombo
20% Onion
10% Atarodo

If you like your mix really peppery then reduce the tomato to 30-35% and increase the Ata Rodo.

This mix is perfect for Stews, Jollof Rice, pottages and lots more!
