▷Ingredients:
■Finger biscuits
1 egg white
30g sugar
1 egg yolks
30g cake flour
powder sugar
■Tiramisu cream
250g mascarpone cheese
25g sweet condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml heavy cream
20g sugar
■Coffee syrup
120g coffee
15g sugar
▷ How to make:
- Make finger biscuits. Add 30g of sugar to 1 egg white in 3 portions to make meringue.
- Add 1 egg yolk and mix thoroughly.
- Sift 30g soft flour and add, and mix thoroughly. Put it in a squeeze bag with a large mouthpiece set, squeeze out the dough, and sift the powdered sugar twice on the surface of the dough.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the top plate and cool.
- Make coffee syrup. Add 120g of warm coffee and 15g of sugar and mix.
- Make tiramisu cream. To 250 g of mascarpone cheese returned to room temperature, add 25 g of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix.
- Combine 200 ml of fresh cream and 20 g of sugar and whisk gently while applying it to ice water.
- Mix mascarpone cheese with fresh cream.
- Dip finger biscuits into coffee syrup, place in your favorite container and layer with tiramisu cream. Flatten the surface and cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- Complete with plenty of cocoa powder ^^
