TikTok viral baked oats in a low calorie version- Low calorie baked oats recipe

I created the famous, TikTok viral baked oats in a low calorie version. The recipe uses egg yolk which can totally be replaced by yogurt. Have these low calorie baked oats as your low calorie breakfast recipe and let me know how it turned out.
🌸 Ingredients
Oats: 2.5 teaspoons
Oat flour: 2 teaspoons
Sweetener: 2.5 teaspoons
Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
Low fat milk: 2 tablespoons
One egg yolk or a tablespoon of low fat yogurt
Unsweetened applesauce or melted butter (optional) : 1 teaspoon
