A very easy and healthy oats cake (use chocolate with no added sugar if you can)
I love oats recipes very much and there are many of them on my channel. This chocolate and orange oats cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 10 minutes.
A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

Ingredients:

100 g rolled oats / 1 cup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
pinch of salt
grated peel from an orange
60 ml orange juice / 4 tbsp
2 tablespoons maple syrup
250 ml almond milk
2 tbsp carob powder / or cocoa
5 g baking powder

Topping:
75 g chocolate (with no added sugar) / 2.65 oz
1 tsp coconut oil / or vegetable oil
coconut flakes (optional)

bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C /360°F
