The quick and easy way to store peas!

INGREDIENTS
800g of peas
Water
Salt
2 jars
 
METHOD

Fill the jars with the peas and season with salt. Pour the hot water onto the top, turn the jars upside down and transfer them to the pot.
Pour the water and boil for 15 minutes over medium heat after the water boils. Remove from the pot and let them cool.
