Ingredients you’ll need:

Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Burrito:
3 Tbsp (42 g) Unsalted Butter
8 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
6-8 Slices of Thick Bacon (optionally chopped)
Grated Cheddar

Pico:
1 Large Red Tomato, diced
1 Jalapeno, diced
1/2 Sweet Onion, finely diced
A handful of Cilantro, chopped
1 Lime, juice & zest
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Hashbrowns (optional):
2 Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and grated
Oil (or butter)

Steak, Eggs, & Cheese Burrito:
Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Onion, sliced
Salt
Pepper
Steak
Butter (for basting)
Aromatics (for basting)

Mornay Sauce:
4 Tbsp (56 g) Unsalted Butter
4 Tbsp (60 g) All-Purpose Flour
1.5 Cups (350 ml) Whole Milk
1.5 Cups (225 g) Gruyere, grated
2.5 tsp Cayenne Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, grated
Salt
Pepper
