Baking bread can be easy if you made the dough right. Luckily, Chef Martin teaches us a basic rich dough that you can use for most types of bread.
Dough Ingredients:
4 cups / ½ kg all-purpose flour
1/2 cup / 99g sugar
1-1/2 tbsp / 13g instant dry yeast
1 cup / 250mL fresh milk
1 pc / 50g egg
2 tsp / 11g salt
1/2 cup / 112g unsalted butter
