Ingredients you’ll need:
Regular French Toast:
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon (3g) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon (3g) fine sea salt
1.5 tablespoons (23g) light brown sugar
Pinch Fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup (180ml) whole milk

Baked French Toast:
Glaze-
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
1 cup(218g)light brown sugar
Baked French Toast Filling-
10 croissants
5 eggs
1 teaspoon (6g) salt
2 teaspoons (6g) ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (62g) brown sugar
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon (14g) vanilla extract
2 cups (480ml)milk

Stuffed French Toast
Brioche, sliced thick
Nutella for stuffing
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Fresh grated nutmeg
1.5 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.25 cups milk
