The easiest Chow Mein ever

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pack of Chow Mein noodles (These were the flat kind. I prefer the ones that are similar to spaghetti or spaghettini in shape and size 😄)

1/4 cup water mixed with 1 tsp cornstarch

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1/4 tsp Sesame seed oil

1/2 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine

1 tablespoon Vegetable or Canola Oil

2 – 3 teaspoons minced Garlic

1 teaspoon minced Ginger

Onions

Carrots

Broccoli

Bell peppers (different colours)

Black pepper to taste

green onion and Sesame seeds garnish
