The EASIEST Chocolate Cupcakes with Peppermint Buttercream Frosting

In today’s video I’m making the easiest chocolate cupcakes with peppermint buttercream frosting that you’re going to love making for the Holidays.

🌟Ingredients List for your convenience:
Chocolate cupcake batter:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4-1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch or 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable or oil of your choice
1 large egg at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2-3/4 cup brewed cooled down coffee

Peppermint Frosting:
1 cup (2 sticks) room temperature unsalted butter
1 tsp. peppermint extract (or vanilla if you want to make plain frosting)
1 tbsp. milk
2-1/2 to 3 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
