50 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)1/4 cup
80 g greek yogurt(1/4 cup)
30 g applesauce(2 tbsp)
60 g grated carrot(2.11 oz)
20 g chopped walnuts(2 1/4 tbsp)
10 g raisins(1 tablespoon)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

150 g cream cheese(Philadelphia)3/4 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp powdered sweetener
chopped walnuts(decoration)
