Matcha is one of those flavors you can never go wrong with! This recipe is a great alternative if you’re craving a donut but do-nut want all those extra calories. Plus matcha is a great anti-oxidant too so technically this is a healthy snack? 🤔

🍩🍵 Ingredients

Dry
-1/2 Cups / 60G AP Flour
-1 Tsp Matcha
-1/8 Tsp Salt
-1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Wet
-1/2 Egg (25G)
-3 Tbsp Sugar
-3 Tbsp buttermilk
-1/2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Bake 400F / 205C for 7 mins.
