I love vegan recipes for homemade sweets very much and there are many of them on my channel. And this three-ingredient chocolate cake recipe is delicious and gluten, egg, dairy, and baked-free. This chocolate and banana cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 5 minutes.
A simple and quick recipe for the whole family.
Ingredients and recipe:
180 g rolled oats (2 cups)
Fry for about 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
The oats are ready when the aroma is pleasant.
2 bananas (490 g / 300 g without peel).
Grind in a blender
2 tablespoons of cocoa
100 ml of plant milk (0.45 cup)
100 g dark chocolate (without sugar) (3.5 oz)
chop into small pieces.
(You can use 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate without sugar and do not add milk or cocoa powder).
Melt in the microwave for 3 minutes on the defrost program.
Combine all the ingredients.
Mix everything well.
Place some baking paper on the plate
Put in a 16 cm (6.3 inch) cake pan
Place in the freezer for 1 hour
The delicious dessert is ready
