A very easy and healthy oats cake (use chocolate with no added sugar if you can)
I love oats recipes very much and there are many of them on my channel. This chocolate and banana cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 10 minutes.
A simple and quick recipe for the whole family.
120 g rolled oats
250 ml hot milk/ plant milk
2 tbsp carob powder/ or cocoa
1 tsp baking powder(5g)
20 g chopped walnuts
24 x 18 cm baking tray/ 9.5 x 7 inches
decorate with walnuts
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
100 g chocolate
30 ml hot milk/ plant milk
