A chic chocolate cake with a delicate cream cheese filling. It is prepared very quickly, even the dough does not need to be kneaded. On top, the crumbs turn out crispy and crumbly, the cheese filling is creamy, sweet and soft.

280 g all-purpose flour
180 g cold butter (from freezer)
60 g cocoa powder
80-100 g sugar
Pinch of salt
For the filling:
420 g cream cheese
70-100 g sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
40 g corn starch
🔥Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). MODE: Upper and Lower heat.
✅ For the filling, mix everything until smooth. Set aside.
✅ Sift flour and cocoa, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Grate the cooled butter on a grater, then rub it into fine crumbs with your hands
✅Transfer 2/3 of the crumbs to the mold, form the bottom and sides
✅Pour the filling. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
🔥Bake for 40 minutes, until the center will set.
✅Allow to cool completely at room temperature, cover with a film and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
