1 cup pure cocoa powder (90g)
1 and ½ tsp baking powder (7g)
1 and ½ tsp baking soda (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 tbsp instant coffee (7g)

FLUFFY CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (320g)
1 cup hot heavy cream or all purpose cream (250ml)

▪Baking pan size is 8×3 inches.
