INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1 Tspn Chilli Flakes
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Cumin Powder
½ Tspn Pepper Powder
Mix Well
½ Cup Water
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Oil
½ Cup Suji / Semolina
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cool Down For 2 Min.
½ Cup Flour
2-3 Tbsp Water ( If Needed)
Take Some Dough
Roll
Spread Potato Mixture
Cover With Another Bread
Seal The Edges
Cut With a Cutter
1 Tspn Oil
Fry Both Side Well
