TODAY’S RECIPE IS Suji Ball Snacks | Easy Semolina Snacks Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
Let the water boil
Suji 1/2 cup
Keep stirring (low flame)
Water absorbed
Dough form
Cool for 2 mins
Oil 1 tsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Knead for 2 mins
Make balls
Fry for 5 mins
Tasting salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Dry parsley to taste
Mix well

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
