200g strawberries (weight without stems)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
100ml (1/2 cup) milk (any)
14 Savoiardi biscuits (Ladyfingers / sponge biscuits)
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (at least 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
