Sticky Lemon Garlic Tofu | Tasty and Easy Tofu Recipe

Hey Foodies! Here’s an awesome plant-based version of Chinese Lemon Chicken! A bite sized sticky tofu meat in savory, zingy, sweet and sticky sauce! Happy cooking!

400g regular tofu (freeze, thaw and press for 2-3 times)
Coating and Marinade:
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp almond milk
pinch of lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
Air Fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway


Sticky Lemon Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp coconut sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch

Garnish with fried garlic and spring onion.
