Sinsal Wrapped Embutido

embutido ay gawa sa giniling na baboy at hinaluan ng ibat ibang sangkap pagtpos ay binalit.

1KL ground pork
1 grated carrot
1 minced onion
1/2 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 cup panko
100g pickle relish
3 pcd boiled sliced egg
2 Can vienna sausage
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp salt
Pork lard leaf (sinsal)

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except boiled egg and vienna sausage.
2. Mix untill well combined.
3. Prepare sinsal, lay it out on a flat surface.
4. Put portions of the ground pork mixture into the sinsal. Spread and flatten out the mixture.
5. Arrange vienna sausage and sliced egg.
6. Lift the end of the sinsal, roll into a tight log, enclosing the filling. Set aside. Repeat process with remaining mixture.
7. In a steamer, arrange the embutido.
8. Steam for 50 to 60 minutes.
9. Remove from steamer when cooked and chill or enjoy as it is.
10. When you want fry embutido. Heat enough oil in a skillet. Put embutido, cook until lightly browned.
11. Remove when browned. Sliced into desired thickness.
12. Enjoy!
