35gms Rice Flour
Soften the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift flour and rice flour together.
Add flour mix in butter and mix well.
Make a dough and wrap in plastic and let it rest for an hour.
Roll the dough 5mm thick and cut with a cookie cutter.
Place the cookie on baking sheet on a tray.
Bake it at 160°C for 15-20mins.
