Sesame bread: beautiful and easy to prepare!

400ml (1 2/3 cups) of lukewarm water
2 tbsp of sugar
7g of dry yeast
4 tbsp of olive oil
700g  (5 1/2 cups) of flour
2 tsp of salt
Sesame seeds 

1. In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, and add olive oil, flour, and salt.
2. Divide the dough into two portions, press into the sesame, and let it rise for 40 minutes.
3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
