INGREDIENTS
16g (2 tbsp) of Flour
30ml (2 tbsp) of Water
Sandwich bread
3 pieces of Sandwich bread
2 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

First version:
Cooked ham
Cheese

Second version:
Tomato sauce
Cheese

Third version:
Speck
Cheese
Sautéed mushrooms

METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the flour and water and mix with the spoon.
2. Cut the sandwich bread into half. For the first version add the cooked cheese and ham. Brush the edges with the flour and water mixture and seal it. Press well with the help of the fingers and cut with the pizza cutter to obtain the panzerotti shape.
3. For the second version of the panzerotti add the tomato sauce and cheese. For the third version fill the panzerotti with the speck, cheese, and sautéed mushrooms.
4. Pass them first to the beaten eggs and then cover them with the breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the panzerotti in the pan with the hot oil until they are golden brown.
