Rice braised with cured lamb inspired by Ghana angwamo

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 cups jasmine rice
* 1 heaping cup cured lamb or I cured lamb
* 1/3 large onion sliced
* 1/4 tsp curry powder
* Salt to taste if uncurled lamb is used
* About 3 cups water.
Serve with sausage or hotdog links lightly fried, avocado, pepper sauce, fried egg, or omelette.

Total cooking time 40-45 mins. First 30 mins.
