3/4 tsp baking soda (baking soda)
60 grams sugar (4 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
15 ml water (1 tbsp)
20 ml vegetable oil or cooking oil (1 and 1/2 tbsp)
200 grams of all-purpose flour
