Pudding squares: you’ll love this creamy and inviting dessert!

This dessert is super easy and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
300g (1 ¾ cups) dark chocolate, chopped;
600ml (2 ½ cups) milk;
50g (¼ cup) sugar;
10g (2 tbsp) agar agar powder;
Dark cocoa powder for decor.
 
METHOD

Place a medium pot over medium-low heat. When the milk starts to warm up, lower the heat as much as possible and whisk in sugar and agar powder.
Add chopped chocolate and melt it slowly, making sure to stir the pudding mixture all the way through.
When the chocolate has melted, pour it into a square pan and let sit in the fridge until fully set (around 4-6 hours).
Transfer pudding onto pieces of parchment and dust with cocoa powder. Then carefully move onto a serving dish.
