No Oven, No egg, Soft and Fluffy. Potato Bread baked in frying pan, Anybody can do it. I’ve been doing it for 10 years, it has never misled me! The recipe is very easy to prepare, and does not require specific spices and ingredients! This recipe makes 10 flat breads.

Potato Bread recipe ingredients:
6 grams (2 tsp) instant dry yeast
10 grams (2 tsp) sugar
150 ml (3/5 cup) warm water
450 grams (3 cups) flour
10 grams (2 tsp) salt
150 ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil

700 grams of potatoes
100 grams carrot
small bunch of green onions
1/2 tsp salt
15 grams (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
olive oil
some dill

The glass I used is 250 ml.
