Pomegranate pudding cake: few ingredients for a delicious dessert!
500ml (2 cups) of pomegranate juice
70g (1/4 cup) of sugar
60g (1/2 cup) of potato starch
1. In a saucepan add the pomegranate juice, sugar, and potato starch and bring to a boil. Mix until the mixture is sticky and thickens.
2. Meanwhile grease the cake mold (16cm – cake mold) with coconut oil and pour the mixture. Level it up and cover it with cling film. Transfer to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
3. After time has elapsed slice the cake into 8 equal parts and cover each piece with coconut flour. Serve and enjoy.
