Pineapple Sweet Chili Salmon Chunks

SEASON THE SALMON😁:

About 18 – 21 Salmon CHUNKS weighing about 1 – 2 ounces each (I bought 6 small filets and I cut EACH filet into 3 or 4 chunks)

1 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tablespoon Canola Oil

MAKE THAT YUMMY SAUCE😁:

2 tbsps unsalted butter

2 teaspoons finely minced garlic

1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1/2 – 1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 – 4 tbsps Pineapple Juice

1 – 2 tbsps Brown Sugar

1/2 cup diced pineapple
