Pasta recipe without flour and low in calories! Incredibly good! Korean squash

It looks so much like pasta visually that I call this recipe flourless pasta 🙂 It’s delicious! It’s a gr eat alternative to pasta. 100 g of squash = 45 calories only. I like to eat this dish cold, like a salad but you can heat it too. I do not dirty (the soy sauce is already salty). Good tasting !


Ingredients :
400 g butternut squash (1/2 medium butternut squash)
1 onion
1 drizzle of olive oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of chilli


1 teaspoon of garlic
