Pancit Kangkong Recipe | Stir-Fried Noodles with Water Spinach

100g pansit canton (flour stick noodles)
80g rice vermicelli noodles
3 tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic
1 red onion
2 pcs bell peppers
25 grams shiitake mushrooms
100g kangkong (water spinach)
1 1/2 cup mushroom stock
1 cup water
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion
