OVERNIGHT OATS I can eat for days without getting bored! The perfect breakfast

Today I’m going to show you how to make overnight oats in 5 minutes.
This overnight oats recipe is packed with nutrition and it will keep you satisfied until lunch.
It can be served in many various flavors, so you never get tired of this breakfast.

Ingredients:

Overnight oats with peach:
4 tbsp oat flakes(gluten free)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tablespoon protein powder
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
50 g peach
140 ml milk/ plant milk
refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight

Overnight oats with raspberry:
4 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp carob powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips(optional)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
140 ml milk/ plant milk
refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
slices of banana or other fruit
