[No-Oven] Strawberry Cream Donut :: The Secret of Fluffy Bread Dough

✤ Donut dough

  • 300g Bread flour (can be use all-purpose flour)
  • 54g, 1 Room temperature egg
  • 45g (4.5Tbsp) Sugar
  • 5g (1.5tsp) Salt
  • 5g (0.8Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
  • 140ml Warm milk
  • 40g Room temperature unsalted butter

✤ Whipped cream

  • 300g Heavy cream
  • 30g Sugar

✤ Toppings

  • Strawberry
  • Strawberry syrup (optional)
  • Sugar Powder


  • It needs to be fermented up to the 3rd time to make it more fluffy. (Time varies depending on room temperature)
  • You can bake it in the oven instead of frying it. (170℃/338℉, about 20 minutes/may vary by oven)
  • You can substitute milk for eggs.
  • To make whipped cream hard, the room temperature must be lower than 20 degrees,
    It is made well by putting ice water on it.
