200g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
75g Fine Sugar
100g Mascarpone (room temperature)
200g Mango Puree
30g Lemon Juice
150g Whipping Cream
4 Gelatine Sheets (1,7g per sheet)
60g Hot Water
