4 8oz packs of softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
16 oz heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla bean gel
1 jar biscoff cookie butter
1 pack biscoff cookies
4 tbsp melted butter
Crush a whole pack of biscoff cookies, and then add melted butter. Add to a springform pan and flatten smooth. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, vanilla bean gel, and mix until smooth.
Layer cream cheese mixture, then biscoff butter and repeat.
Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Decorate and enjoy!
